Rated 3 out of 5 by Gerall from Confusing to use Just bought cooker and went to use it today. Have no idea, and owners manual doesnt say, what the settings are. Instead of having text, there is a I, an II, and what I assume is keep warm. I will assume that I is low, and II is high, but dont really know.

My soup is boiling all day on the low setting! Where is the SLOW part? I've read the replies and yes I have it over three quarters full. I hope I can return this thing as it is useless as a SLOW cooker.

Rated 4 out of 5 by electrician from Good Product but information Good product however I find the website as rather fustrating as there is NO place on the website after wasting my time looking to see the electrical requirements for the product. I guess they want to keep it out of mind, however Id love to have this information easy to find. Here I am told "I'll be bringing this model crockpot", and needing to find out how much power it will require and having no way to find out...

Rated 5 out of 5 by Terri from Great produced! I bought this crock pot/little dipper set and though I've not used the dipper yet I have use the crock pot and I love it. The last one I had was not a crock pot brand but it lasted 10 yrs so I have high hopes for this one. I love how big it is, all the recipes I'll be able to make in this 8 qt pot. Plus the shipping was so very fast and It's been a great buy, I would recommend this crock pot to all my friends and family!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by quackbunny from Dumbest markings for heat settings ever! so frustrating- im here AGAIN, in search of the translation to heat setting of I and II !! i have the electronic version, and as if the markings weren't stupid enough with the original manual version, they continued the exact same numbering on subsequent versions. Every time i use it ( infrequently) i have to google the settings again, I wrote on it with permanent marker before but it came off the metal finish. Here I am again, and I'm sure I'll be back. This time Im putting it on mediacal tape and sticking it on,

Rated 1 out of 5 by jklaz from Cermaic cracked I bought this after searching for a simple, large size crock pot that would fit a whole chicken for roasting. The second time I used this crock pot I heard a loud crack when I added warm water to the pot. There is a long crack on the bottom and around the side of the ceramic and I have been unable to use this crock pot ever since. I don't see the ceramic part offered in the parts section so now I'm left with a useless crock pot after only one use. Extremely disappointed.
